01 Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Dr. William E. Smith, operating as GrowMoneyCentral (“we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your use of the website located at growmoneycentral.com and all associated services, courses, tools, and community resources.

By creating an account, making a purchase, subscribing to a membership, or accessing any content on this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them.

Dr. William E. Smith is not a licensed financial advisor, registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or tax professional. All strategies, concepts, and tools shared on this platform reflect personal experience and research only.

03 Accounts and membership

Account creation

To access protected courses and tools, you must create a WP eMember account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and to keep your account information updated.

Account security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

One account per person

Accounts are for individual use only. You may not share your login credentials with any other person. Sharing account access is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination without refund.

Membership tiers

Memberships are offered at Free, Basic ($7/month), Premium ($25/month), and Annual ($240/year) tiers. The content accessible at each tier is described on the Membership page and is subject to change with reasonable notice. Membership benefits are non-transferable.

04 Course purchases and payments

Individual courses and course bundles are sold through WP eStore and processed via PayPal. By completing a purchase you agree to PayPal’s terms of service in addition to these Terms.

• Prices are displayed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Price changes do not affect purchases already completed.
• Recurring membership payments are billed on the same date each month or year depending on your plan. You authorize PayPal to charge the applicable amount on each renewal date.
• Individual course purchases grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the purchased course content for your own personal, non-commercial use.
• You do not own the course content. Purchase grants access — it does not transfer copyright or any intellectual property rights.

05 Refund policy

Individual course purchases

We offer a 7-day refund on individual course purchases, provided that less than 30% of the course content has been accessed. To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of purchase using the contact form. Refunds are processed through PayPal and may take 3–5 business days to appear.

Course bundles

A 7-day refund applies to course bundle purchases provided no downloadable course materials have been accessed. Once any course within a bundle has been substantially accessed, the bundle is non-refundable.

Memberships

Membership fees are non-refundable after the billing date. You may cancel your membership at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to member content until that date.

Free tier

No charges apply to the Free tier. No refunds are applicable.

06 Intellectual property

All content on GrowMoneyCentral — including course videos, written materials, tools, calculators, assessments, graphics, the site design, and the GrowMoneyCentral brand — is the exclusive intellectual property of Dr. William E. Smith and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws.

Your purchase or membership grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal educational purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any course content in any format
• Share your login credentials or course access links with any other person
• Record, screenshot, or capture course video content for redistribution
• Create derivative works based on course content
• Use course content for commercial purposes including resale, teaching, or consulting without express written permission
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices on any content

Unauthorized use of GrowMoneyCentral content may result in immediate account termination and may expose you to legal liability.

07 Prohibited conduct

When using this site and its community spaces (including Discord), you agree not to:

• Post spam, unsolicited promotions, or advertisements in any community channel
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other community members or staff
• Share or solicit personal financial advice in community spaces (the community is for education and discussion only)
• Impersonate Dr. William E. Smith or any GrowMoneyCentral staff member
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or other users’ accounts
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access site content
• Post content that is false, misleading, defamatory, or harmful
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate any account that violates these standards without prior notice or refund.

08 Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site, courses, tools, and all content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components
• Any trading or investing strategies discussed will be profitable or suitable for your financial situation
• Course content will be complete, accurate, or current at all times
• Results achieved by Dr. Smith using the strategies taught will be replicated by students

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the site exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

09 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GrowMoneyCentral and Dr. William E. Smith from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party

10 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to all content at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms — including but not limited to sharing account credentials, unauthorized distribution of course content, or abusive conduct in community spaces.

Upon termination for cause, no refunds will be issued for any unused portion of a membership or course purchase. You may voluntarily cancel your membership at any time by contacting us or managing your PayPal subscription directly.

11 Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for matters involving intellectual property infringement.

12 Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and notify active members by email where required.

Your continued use of the site after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the site and cancel any active membership.
