GrowMoneyCentral is an educational platform operated by Dr. William E. Smith (“we,” “us,” or “our”). The website is located at growmoneycentral.com. We provide financial education courses, tools, and community resources based on personal trading and investing experience.

Payment information:

All payments are processed by PayPal. We do not collect, see, or store your credit card numbers, debit card numbers, or bank account details. PayPal transmits only a confirmation of the transaction and your email address to our system to activate your membership or course access.

• Create and manage your WP eMember account and grant access to courses and tools you have purchased
• Process payments and send purchase confirmation emails via WP eStore and PayPal
• Send you newsletters, course updates, and community announcements (you may unsubscribe at any time)
• Respond to your questions and support requests
• Improve the site, courses, and tools based on usage analytics
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.

04 Cookies and tracking

This website uses cookies — small text files stored on your device — to operate correctly and analyze traffic. The cookies we use include:

• Essential cookies: Required for WP eMember login sessions and site functionality. Without these, the site cannot operate correctly.

• WP eMember / WP eStore (Tips & Tricks HQ) — membership and course delivery plugins hosted on our WordPress installation. Data stored by these plugins remains on our server.

06 Data retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Specifically:

• Active member accounts and associated data are retained for the duration of your membership plus 12 months after cancellation
• Individual course purchase records are retained for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes
• Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe
• Contact form submissions are retained for 2 years

You may request earlier deletion of your account and personal data by contacting us. Note that purchase records required for legal and tax compliance cannot be deleted on request.

07 Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements)

08 Children’s privacy

GrowMoneyCentral is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately and we will delete that information.

Our financial education content is intended for adults aged 18 and over.

09 Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss, including:

• SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your browser and our server
• Password hashing for all WP eMember account passwords
• Regular WordPress security updates and plugin maintenance
• No storage of payment card data — all payment processing handled by PayPal

10 Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify active members by email.

Your continued use of the site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
